We photograph and film houses, land, hotels and commercial properties from above: location relative to surroundings, plot size, access, garden, pool, lake or mountain views - everything that doesn't show from inside.
A typical real estate package includes 10–15 edited aerial images plus an optional short video (30–60 seconds) for listings, websites and social media. Delivery within 5–7 working days.
Aerial Footage for Tourism & Hotels

Regulations & Safety
We have a certified drone pilot, registered with Austro Control, and fully insured. We fly the DJI Mini 5 Pro - quiet, agile, and built for 4K footage. Drone operations in Austria follow clear rules, and we comply with all of them: before every flight, we check current no-fly zones and obtain consent where needed for footage over private land.

Drones under 250g (like our DJI Mini 5 Pro) generally don't require a separate flight permit, but registration with Austro Control and a valid certificate (A1/A3) are mandatory once a camera is fitted. We fly fully certified and insured.

Publicly visible areas can generally be filmed. For footage over private courtyards or enclosed properties, we get the owner's consent before flying.

Our core area is Klagenfurt and the surrounding region - Villach, Feldkirchen, the whole Wörthersee area. We also regularly fly in Steiermark, including Graz and Leoben. Other regions on request.

We film in 4K. Photos are delivered high-resolution, edited and colour-corrected, ready for web, print and social media.
