Shoots are scheduled during or outside your opening hours - whichever causes less disruption to your team and patients. A half-day session typically covers a single practice; larger clinics and hospitals are quoted per project. Kateryna is on set alongside Lena for every shoot, which means your session can also produce a short video - a team presentation, a practice tour, or an equipment highlight - without a second booking.
Doctor and Team Portraits
Individual doctor portraits and group team shots, shot in a clean, professional style that works for your "Über uns" page and LinkedIn profiles. We direct naturally and work efficiently - most individual portraits take 15–20 minutes per person. For teams of up to 10 people, allow 2–3 hours.
Practice Interiors and Atmosphere
Waiting rooms, treatment rooms, and the everyday atmosphere of a well-run practice are what new patients see before they ever book an appointment. We photograph Praxisräume, Behandlungszimmer, and reception areas in a way that communicates trust and professionalism - without making the space look sterile or staged.
Medical Video - Practice Presentation
Video content for medical practices is still largely uncovered by competitors. We produce practice tour videos (30–90 seconds), team presentation clips, and equipment highlight reels - filmed by Kateryna in parallel with the photography session. Delivered in web-ready format for your website, YouTube, and Instagram.

Shoot day. Our photographer and videographer arrive at your practice. We work with minimal footprint, move efficiently between rooms, and adapt to your schedule. A standard single-practice shoot takes half a day.
Post-production. Professional retouching and colour grading for all images. Video editing if applicable.
Delivery. Online gallery within 14 working days. Video within 21 working days.

A half-day (3–4 hours) covers a typical single practice - portraits, team shots and interior photography. Larger clinics or sessions that include video are quoted as a full day. We agree the exact timing during the initial consultation.

Yes. We adapt to your schedule and work with minimal disruption to your team and patients. Portraits and interior shots can also be arranged outside opening hours if that works better.
